Kahn is an architectural piece of brutal delicacy by Sanna Völker. A study of the design philosophy of Louis Kahn, and a tribute to the architecture that shaped his work. A journey to the ancient monuments of Egypt, Greece and Rome, expressed in a travertine stool forged by history, craftsmanship and nature. Constructed with the travertine remnants of La Sagrada Família, the stonemason artisans from Granits Barbany will set aside their work for the Temple and dedicate a full day to make the Khan Stool.
